摘  要:采用酸碱刻蚀和热聚合法相结合的方法,以介孔高岭石(PK)为载体,双氰胺为前驱体,成功制备出一种可见光响应能力强、光催化效率高的新型二维层状介孔高岭石基光催化复合材料。通过X射线衍射、Fourier变换红外光谱、扫描电镜、比表面积测试、紫外-可见吸收光谱、电化学阻抗谱等检测方法,对光催化复合材料的晶体结构、分子组成、微观形貌、比表面积和孔结构、光电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:当用酸碱处理后的PK与g-C_(3)N_(4)(GCN)的质量比为1:3时,制备出的PK/GCN-3复合材料具有更大的比表面积(25.9m^(2)/g)和更宽的可见光吸收阈值(517nm)。在6h的可见光照射下,PK/GCN-3对罗丹明B染料降解的表观反应速率常数是纯GCN的5倍。A new two-dimensional layered mesoporous kaolinite based photocatalysis composite with strong visible light response and high photocatalytic efficiency was successfully prepared by acid-base etching and thermal polymerization,using mesoporous kaolinite(PK)as carrier and dicyandiamide as precursor.The crystal structure,molecular composition,microstructure,specific surface area,pore structure,and photochemical properties of the photocatalytic composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area test,UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and other detection methods.The results show that when the mass ratio of PK to g-C_(3)N_(4)(GCN)is 1:3,the prepared PK/GCN-3 composite has a larger specific surface area(25.9 m^(2)/g)and a wider visible light absorption threshold(517 nm).The apparent reaction rate constant of PK/GCN-3 in terms of the degradation of Rhodamine B dye was 5 times that of pure GCN after 6 h visible light irradiation.
