摘  要:火力发电主要通过水介质吸收煤、天然气、生物质等燃料燃烧时产生的热能,并产生蒸汽推动汽轮机,带动发电机组转动产生电能。锅炉是火力发电机组稳定运行的重要设备之一,其水汽质量直接影响锅炉的运行状况,进而影响企业的经济效益和生产成本。因此,锅炉水需进行处理并定期检验。目前电站锅炉水质检验采用的标准有GB/T 12145—2016《火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量》、DL/T 561—2013《火力发电厂水汽化学监督导则》、DL/T 805—2016《火电厂汽水化学导则》等。在电站锅炉水质检验过程中,使用的部分标准存在定义和标注不明确,个别指标不具备现场检测条件等问题,容易使检验人员产生误解。对现行水质检测标准的部分问题进行阐述并提出建议,以促进相关标准的修订与完善。Thermal power process mainly absorbs heat generated by burning coal,natural gas,biomass and other fuels through aqueous medium,and generates steam to drive the steam turbine,which drives the generator.Boiler is one of the important equipment for stable operation of thermal power generating unit.The water vapor quality of the boiler directly affects the operation status of the boiler,thereby affecting the economic benefits and costs of the enterprise.The boiler water needs to be treated and periodically inspected.At present,the standards for water quality inspection of utility boilers are GB/T 12145—2016 Quality Criterion of Water and Steam for Power Plant and Steam-generating Equipment,DL/T 561—2013 Guide for Chemical Supervision of Water and Steam in Thermal Power Plant,and DL/T805—2016 Guideline for Cycle Chemistry in Fossil Plants.In the process of water quality detection of power station boiler,some standards used are not clear in definition and marking,and some indexes do not have the condition of on-the-spot detection,which are easy to cause misunderstandings among inspectors.Some problems of current water quality standards were expounded and suggestions were put forward,in order to promote the revision and improvement of relevant standards.
