参芪地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathies,DN)的临床观察。方法:将2019年1月-2020年1月在永兴四平市肾病医院治疗的80例DN患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上使用参芪地黄汤治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、肾功能指标变化、炎性因子水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),明显高于对照组的72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤治疗DN的临床疗效显著,能有效降低尿蛋白水平,改善肾功能,抑制机体炎症反应,延缓病情进展,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect observation of Shenqi Dihuang decoction(参芪地黄汤)in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Eighty cases of diabetic nephropathy treated in Yongxing Siping Kidney Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,renal function index changes and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05).24h after treatment,urine protein,BUN and Scr levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Dihuang decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively reduce the level of urinary protein,improve renal function,inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,and delay the progression of the disease,and it has a positive clinical significance.
