摘　　要：介绍几种常见的半料浆氨化造粒复合肥生产工艺,分析其存在的问题;重点介绍磷铵浓缩料浆一步法生产高浓度复合肥新工艺,并分析该工艺的优势。新工艺减少了氮氧化物的排放,减少CO_(2)排放5028.95 t/a,产品质量好,一套装置可生产多种产品,具有推广价值。Several common production processes of compound fertilizer by semi slurry ammoniation granulation are introduced, and the existing problems are analyzed;The new process of producing high concentration compound fertilizer with ammonium phosphate concentrate slurry in one step is introduced, and the advantages are analyzed.The new process reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides,the emisson of CO_(2) is decreased by 5 028.95 t/a, the quality of product is good. A set of device can produce a variety of products, which is worthy of popularizing.
