摘　　要：对NY/T 1121.7-2014中有效磷测定方法进行改进,用离心管浸提有效磷,甲基橙指示剂替代2,4-二硝基酚。结果表明,改进后的方法测得数据的精密度和准确度良好,实验过程简单,试剂安全、易得,实验周期大幅度缩短,优势突出,适合酸性土壤中有效磷的快速测定。The determination method of available phosphorus in NY/T 1121.7-2014 is improved,the available phosphorus is extracted by centrifugal tube,methyl orange is used as indicator to replace 2,4-dinitrophenol.The results show that the precision and accuracy of the improved method are good,the experimental process is simple,the reagent is safe and easy to obtain,the experimental period is greatly shortened,the advantages are outstanding.It is suitable for the detection of available phosphorus in acid soil.
