摘　　要：针对大型稀磷酸储罐常规清理方式造成橡胶衬里大面积损坏,介绍一种计划性周期(4个月)清理方法,并且采用储罐交替运行的方式。通过规划和改造,施行后,稀磷酸储罐橡胶衬里得到有效保护,每年平均节约维修费用10余万元。The conventional cleaning method of large dilute phosphoric acid storage tank causes large area damage of rubber lining.A reasonable cleaning method which the cleaning period of storage tank is 4 months and the storage tank is operated alternately is introduced.After the implementation of the plan and transformation,the rubber lining of dilute phosphoric acid storage tank is effectively protected,and the annual average maintenance cost is saved more than 100000 Yuan RMB.
