摘　　要：目的:观察液体敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗婴幼儿尿布皮炎的疗效。方法:将88例患儿随机分为治疗组45例和对照组43例,护理人员均执行手卫生标准。对照组患儿皮肤清洗干燥后仅涂抹液体敷料,治疗组患儿则先外涂重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,后涂抹液体敷料。比较两组患儿临床疗效、起效时间及不良反应。结果:治疗组治愈率为73.33%,对照组为51.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:液体敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗婴幼儿尿布皮炎有较好疗效,且无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the efficacy of liquid dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants and children.Methods:Eighty-eight children were randomly divided into 45 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group,and all nursing staff performed hand hygiene standards.In the control group,only liquid dressing was given after the skin was washed and dried,while in the treatment group,recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel was given topically followed by liquid dressing.The treatment efficacy,onset time and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The cure rate was 73.33%in the treatment group and 51.16%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of liquid dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants and children is remarkable without significant adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
