摘  要:针对550 kV柱式SF_(6)断路器频繁投切滤波器组时易发生外绝缘闪络,灭弧室内部闪络和重击穿以及灭弧室径向击穿三类故障问题,结合实验室及现场的故障原因统计分析,文中提出了550 kV双断口柱式SF6断路器的改进设计方案并进行了深入研究,以降低故障发生概率,满足特高压直流输电系统稳定、可靠的要求。采用双断口全极试验法,在全极试验样机上完成了滤波器组电流开合极限(BCM)试验、交直流混合耐压试验以及机械寿命试验,试验结果表明采用改进设计方案的550 kV双断口柱式SF6断路器安全可靠,未发生重击穿现象。通过多组滤波器电流关合试验的预击穿时间统计分析,结合试验样机的灭弧室状态进行总体评价,为550 kV交流滤波器组(ACF)断路器的运维管理提供指导。To solve three types of faults that are prone to external insulation flashover,flashover inside the extinguishing chamber and radial breakdown of the arc extinguishing chamber when the 550 kV pole SF_(6) circuit breaker frequently switches on and off the filter bank,combined with the statistical analysis of the failure causes in laboratory and on-site,an improved design for 550 kV double-chamber and live-tank circuit breaker was proposed and researched in detail.A double-chamber and live-tank circuit breaker with the improved design was presented to carry out the duty of filter banks switching in order to reduce the probability of failure and meet the requirements of stability and reliability of the UHV DC transmission system.The filter banks switching current limit(BCM)test,AC and DC mixed withstand voltage test and mechanical endurance test were performed on the all-pole test prototype by using the double-chamber all-pole test method.The test results show that the improved design scheme of 550 kV double break column type SF_(6) circuit breaker is safe and reliable,and there is no re-breakdown phenomenon.Through the statistical analysis of the pre-breakdown time of the current closing test of multiple filters,combined with the arc extinguishing chamber state of the test prototype,the overall evaluation is carried out,which provides guidance for the operation and maintenance management of 550 kV AC filter bank(ACF)circuit breaker.
