摘  要:崩落法端部放矿矿岩直接接触,顶部、正面、侧面等多方面覆盖岩废石的混入是造成矿石贫化的主要原因,为了研究无底柱分段崩落法放矿过程中废石混入过程,对矿岩颗粒间的受力进行分析,基于离散元理论构建放矿数值模型,将模拟结果与现场实际放矿指标进行对比分析,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明:矿石回采率达到85%时,总混岩率29.70%,其中正面废石占比92%,混入量最大;两侧废石混入占比7.4%,混入量次之;顶部废石混入0.86%,混入量最少。矿岩放出体呈现出“上宽下窄”对称椭球体缺,放出体高度随放矿时间增大呈幂函数关系增大。放矿过程中,逐渐形成较为稳定的速度场及力场,矿岩颗粒发生运移和旋转,并伴随着力链不断的断裂与重组,在放矿口上方形成拱形放矿松动体。Direct contact of ore-rock drawing at the end of caving method,the main cause of ore dilution is the mixing of overburden rock in top,front and side.In order to study the mixing process of waste rocks in the sublevel caving method,the stress between ore and rock particles is analyzed,and the numerical model of ore drawing is built based on the discrete element theory,which can truly reflect the process of ore and rock releasing.The simulation results were compared with the actual ore-drawing indexes on site to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation.The simulation results showed that when the ore recovery rate reached 85%,the total rock mixture rate was 29.70%,and the frontal waste rock accounted for 92%,with the largest mixing amount.The mixing proportion of waste rocks on both sides was 7.4%,followed by the mixing amount.The top waste rock was mixed with 0.86%,which was the least mixed.The ore-rock outfall shows a"upper width and lower narrow"symmetric ellipsoid,and the height of the outfall increases with the increase of drawing time as a power function.In the process of ore-drawing,a relatively stable velocity field and force field are gradually formed,and migration and rotation of ore-rock particles occur,accompanied by continuous fracture and reorganization of the chain of forces,forming a similar arch ore-drawing loose body above the ore-drawing mouth.
