摘  要:为了对云南某铁矿分段矿房法的最优分段高度进行优选,首先通过现场工程地质调查和室内岩石力学试验,基于GSI的Hoek-Brown强度准则计算出矿岩体的力学参数。在此基础上结合矿体形态及赋存条件,利用软件CAD、ANSYS和FLAC3D建立矿山数值模型,为了较为真实地反映开挖方式,定义分段按照单步10 m进行开挖,同时将开挖后采场内形成的主应力、位移和塑性区作为指标进行分析。结果表明,分段高度30 m是采场安全与失稳的临界值,通过分析发现分段高度30 m时矿房内形成的最大主应力及位移均在安全评判范围内,采场处于稳定状态;当分段高度达到40 m时,矿房顶板位置出现拉伸破坏,并在间柱位置产生大量的剪切塑性区,少部位发生贯通,最终选取30 m作为最优分段高度。研究结果可为该矿山的安全生产提供指导性建议。In order to optimize the sublevel height of sublevel room method of an iron mine in Yunnan,the mechanical parameters of ore and rock mass were calculated based on the GSI Hoek-Brown strength criterion through field engineering geological survey and laboratory rock mechanics test,combined with the orebody morphology and occurrence conditions.Software CAD,ANSYS and FLAC3D were also used to establish the mine numerical model.In order to truly reflect the excavation method,the excavation was carried out in segments according to a single 10 m step(the sublevel was defined to be excavated in a single step of 10 m).In addition,the principal stress,displacement,and plastic zone formed in the stope after excavation were used as indicators for analysis.The results showed that the sublevel height of 30 meters was the critical value for stope safety and stability.Our analysis found that the maximum principal stress and displacement formed in the mine room at the section height of 30 m were within the safety evaluation range,and the stope was in a stable state.When the sublevel height reached 40 m,tensile failure occurred at the roof of the mine room,a large number of shear plastic zones were generated at the position of the interpillar with penetration of few parts.Therefore,30 m was selected as the optimal sublevel height.The research results could provide guidance and suggestions for the mine production safety.
