中国国际进口博览会推动国际科创中心建设——基于中国上市公司专利数据的实证研究

摘　　要：国际进口博览会作为中国对外开放的重要举措,为上海大力推进国际科创中心建设提供了契机。为了定量评估盛会对创新的激励作用和影响机制,本文基于2014—2019年3291家中国上市公司面板数据展开了实证研究。研究发现:国际进口博览会的筹备和召开确实有助于上海国际科创中心建设,本地企业的专利申请量显著提升;实用新型和外观设计的申请量自国际进口博览会筹备开始就有所提高并得以延续,而发明专利申请量则在第二届国际进口博览会召开时才迅速攀升;国际进口博览会的创新激励作用在上海制造业企业中更为突出;技术型人力资本积累在其中发挥了影响机制的作用。As an important measure of China’s opening up, the China International Import Expo has provided an opportunity for Shanghai to promote the development of an international science and technology center. In order to quantitatively evaluate the innovation incentives and influence mechanism of the event, the paper conducts an empirical study based on the panel data of 3,291 domestic listed companies from 2014 to 2019. The results show that: First, the preparation and holding of the International Import Expo really has been contributed to the innovation of Shanghai enterprises, and the number of patent applications by enterprises increased a lot. Second, the number of applications for utility models and designs has increased since the preparations for the CIIE, while the number of invention patent applications only rose rapidly when the second CIIE was held. Third, the innovation incentive effect of the CIIE is more prominent among Shanghai manufacturing enterprises. Finally, the accumulation of technological human capital plays an influencing role of the mechanism.
