摘　　要：以亲水性聚醚、交联剂、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)所合成的预聚体为B组分,自制组合聚醚为A组分,由该A、B组分制备聚氨酯化妆棉(粉扑)。结果表明:采用相对分子质量为600的亲水聚醚,B组分的w(NCO)为8.5%~9.5%,TDI异构体中w(2,4-TDI)为80%~85%,w(甘油)为4%时,制得的聚氨酯化妆棉可在水中瞬时回弹,撕裂强度达1.80 N/mm,伸长率达209%,泡孔细腻。Using the prepolymer synthesized from the hydrophilic polyether,crosslinking agent,toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as B component,the self-made premixed polyether as A component,the polyurethane cosmetic cotton(powder puff)was prepared from the A and B components.The results show that when the hydrophilic polyether with relative molecular mass of 600 is used,w(NCO)of B component is 8.5%~9.5%,w(2,4-TDI)in TDI isomer is 80%~85%,and w(glycerin)is 4%,the prepared polyurethane cosmetic cotton can rebound instantly in water,its tear strength achieves 1.80 N/mm,elongation achieves 209%,and the foam cell is fine.
