摘 要:对于FPSO超长倾斜式火炬臂,因龙门吊高度限制,无法完成和船体在坞内的总装,提出了一种基于浮吊和履带吊联合作业的吊装设计方案,解决了火炬臂和船体的总装问题。介绍了该联合作业的实施流程,并通过SACS软件对在吊装过程中各不同扶正工况下的火炬臂主结构强度进行分析校核,基于吊点各工况下最大吊绳力,通过ANSYS软件对吊点结构进行了模拟和强度分析,验证了结构方案的可行性,该吊装方案和分析流程对于后续同类项目具有借鉴意义。For the FPSO ultra-long inclined flare boom,its final assembly with the FPSO hull in the dock cannot be completed due to the height limitation of the gantry crane.This paper proposes a lifting scheme design based on the combined operation of a floating crane and a crawler crane to solve the final assembly problem.The implementation workflow of this combined operation is introduced,and the main structural strengths of the flare boom under different uplifting conditions during the lifting process are analyzed and checked through the SACS software.Based on the maximum sling force of the lifting point in all load conditions,the lifting trunnion structure is modeled and its strength analysis is performed by ANSYS software,the feasibility of the structure scheme is verified.The lifting scheme and analysis workflow have reference significance for subsequent similar projects.
