摘 要:为保证管道玻璃釉内防腐层的完整性和整体防腐效果,对玻璃釉内防腐层补口技术及发展现状进行了调研,并对适用于堆焊不锈钢补口技术的补口防腐层材料、防腐性能进行了测试分析,结果发现2205双相不锈钢是较好的补口防腐层材料,采用2209焊材进行焊接后的补口性能和综合防腐性能可以满足现场需要。结合现场试验结果,证明堆焊不锈钢补口技术适用于管道玻璃釉内防腐层,可用于油田集输系统的内防腐工程。In order to ensure the integrity and overall anticorrosion effect of pipeline internal vitreous glaze coating,the joint-coating technology of pipeline with internal vitreous glaze coating and its current development were investigated.At the same time,the anticorrosion performance and anticorrosion coating materials suitable for build-up welding were tested and analyzed.The result shows that 2205 duplex stainless steel is a better anticorrosion coating material,the joint-coating qualification and comprehensive anticorrosion performance after welding with welding material 2209 can meet the demand for joint-coating on site.Combined with field test result,it is proved that the joint-coating technology of build-up welding stainless steel is suitable for the pipeline internal anticorrosion coating of vitreous glaze,and can be used in the internal anticorrosion projects of oilfield gathering and transportation system.
