摘  要:对于热油管道的大排量冲刷热洗,如何选择合理的热洗温度、冲刷排量等关键参数,对制定清蜡方案和取得最终清蜡效果具有重要意义。通过自主研发的新型结蜡模拟装置开展了不同条件下的冲刷热洗实验,构建了基于通用全局优化法的热油管道冲刷热洗定量描述模型,并通过与实际管道的情况对比可知,预测的压降变化值平均误差为8.4%,满足工程需要,可为现场制定原油输送管道热洗方案提供有效指导和参考。For large volume hot washing in hot oil pipeline,how to select the key parameters such as reasonable hot washing temperature and washing volume is of great significance to formulate the wax removal scheme and gain the final wax removal effect.Through the new self-developed wax deposition device,the hot washing experiments under different conditions were carried out,and the quantitative model of the hot washing in a hot oil pipeline based on the general global optimization method was established.Compared with the actual pipeline,the average error of the predicted pressure drop is 8.4%,which meets the needs of the project,and can provide effective guidance and reference for formulating hot washing scheme of crude oil pipeline on site.
