摘  要:针对两轴磁传感器在测量弹体滚转角应用过程中,俯仰角变化条件下滚转角测量精度下降的问题,提出一种改进的两轴磁传感器测量弹体滚转角方法。基于弹体短射程飞行过程中地磁场模值恒定假设,利用弹体径向两轴磁传感器信息和地磁场模值,解算反映弹体俯仰信息的轴向地磁场分量,实现俯仰角变化条件下的滚转角准确获取。由于实际飞行过程中弹体干扰磁场的存在,致使获取的第三轴地磁场信息存在误差,进一步导致俯仰角和滚转角存在误差。建立俯仰角测量误差和滚转角测量误差之间的误差传播模型,分析俯仰角测量误差对滚转角测量精度的误差。仿真和半物理试验表明:所提方法在俯仰角变化范围-45°~45°时,滚转角有效值测量误差小于1°,与传统方法比较,精度提升8.8倍。Aiming at the problem that the measurement precision of roll angle decreases when pitch angle changes during the application of two-axis magnetic sensor in measurement of the roll angle of projectile body,an improved method for measurement of roll angle of the projectile body with the two-axis magnetic sensor is proposed.Based on the assumption that the geomagnetic field modulus is constant during the short-range flight of the projectile body,this method uses information of geomagnetic field sensor and geomagnetic field modulus in radial direction of projectile body to calculate axial geomagnetic field component reflecting the projectile body's pitching information,and achieves the accurate acquisition of roll angle under the condition of the variation of pitching angle.Due to the existence of interference magnetic field of the projectile in the actual flight,error exists in the obtained geomagnetic field information of the third axis,which further leads to errors in pitch angle and roll angle.The error propagation model between measuring error of pitch angle and measuring error of roll angle is established.Simulation and semi-physical experiments show that the RMS measurement error of roll angle is less than 1°in the range of pitch angle variation(-45°,45°),and the precision is 8.8 times higher than that of the traditional method.
