摘　　要：经过多年使用后,油井套管内涂层会不同程度地腐蚀破损,给油田生产造成较严重的影响。为了检测套管内涂层的破坏程度,设计一种用恒流源检测套管内涂层的方法。为验证该方法的应用效果,制作发射探头模型,并使用1.25、4.30、50.00 g/L这3种不同矿化度氯化钠液体来模拟井筒液体进行室内试验。根据井筒液体电阻率的大小自动设置恒流电流,在矿化度为1.25~50.00 g/L时得到了较好的测量效果,试验结果对用恒流源检测套管内涂层破损方法的进一步研究具有一定的参考性。After many years of use,the inner coating of oil well casing will be corroded or damaged in varying degrees,which will cause serious impact on oilfield production.In order to detect the damage degree of the inner coating of casing,a method of detecting the inner coating of casing with constant current source is designed.In order to verify the effect of this method,a probe model was made and three kinds of sodium chloride liquids with different salinity,1.25 g/L,4.30 g/L and 50.00 g/L,were used to simulate wellbore fluids.As the salinity of wellbore fluid changes from 1.25 g/L to 50.00 g/L,the current of the constant current source will adjust with the wellbore liquid resistivity.The test results have a certain reference value for the further research on the method of using constant current source to detect the coating damage in casing.
