摘　　要：以火力楠为砧木分别与含笑和紫玉兰为接穗进行嫁接试验,对其嫁接成活率、形态指标和生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:两种接穗的成活率存在差异,紫玉兰的成活率为87.5%,含笑成活率为78.5%;丙二醛、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性与嫁接亲和力相关,与火力楠嫁接,可以降低紫玉兰和含笑的MDA含量,以提高接穗的成活率,进而提高其嫁接亲和力。The experiment of Michelia figo and Magnolia liliiflora which were grafted by taking Michelia macclurei as the rootstock,respectively,and the morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes of the graft survival rate of each group were measured.Result shows that there is a difference in the survival rate of the two scions.The survival rate of Magnolia liliiflora is as high as 87.5%,and the survival rate of smile is only 78.5%;the activity of malondialdehyde,polyphenol oxidase,peroxidase,catalase&superoxide dismutase is related to the grafting affinity.Grafting with Michelia macclurei can reduce the MDA content of Magnolia liliiflora and Michelia figo,so as to increase the survival rate of the scion,thereby increasing its affinity.
