摘  要:通过对甜杨天然杂种子代家系3个田间试验组的统计分析研究,结果表明:甜杨各子代家系间苗期生长量存在着显著的差异且差值都比较大,其中23、57、59、83、89号表现优异,高出总体平均值26.4 cm,且3个试验组的子代家系遗传力及遗传增益都较高,达25.8%。甜杨天然杂种子代遗传变异明显,人工选择潜力较大。Through the statistical analysis ofthree field test groups of Populus suaveolens natural hybrid progeny families,result shows that there are significant differences in seedling growth among the progeny families of Populus suaveolens,and the differences are relatively large,of which Populus suaveolens‘23’,Populus suaveolens‘57’,Populus suaveolens‘59’,Populus suaveolens‘83’and Populus suaveolens‘89’performed well,26.4 cm higher than the overall average value,and the heritability and genetic gain of the progeny families of the three test groups are higher,reaching 25.8%.The genetic variation of the natural hybrid progeny of Populus suaveolens is significant.The potential of manual selection is great.
