大学科学研究中的集体行动逻辑

摘　　要：科学研究是一种源于好奇心、求知欲和个人志趣的探索世界的活动,然而在科学研究与社会依存度高的大科学时代,科学研究呈现出集体行动的逻辑。受集体行动逻辑的影响,强势的行政权力打破科研项目申报的自发格局,浓郁的工具理性造成学术价值的裂变,异质性的活动群体趋向同质性偏好。基于此,自我建构、协作共赢、变革性领导和异质性互补是实现科学研究项目申报的现实选择。Scientific research is an activity to explore the world that originates from curiosity,thirst for knowledge,and personal aspirations.However,in the era of great science where scientific research is highly dependent on society,scientific research presents the logic of collective action.Affected by the logic of collective action,strong administrative power breaks the spontaneous pattern of scientific research project declaration,strong instrumental rationality causes the fission of academic value,and heterogeneous activity groups tend to homogeneity preferences.Based on this,self-construction,collaboration and win-win,transformative leadership,and heterogeneous complementation are realistic choices for the application of scientific research projects.
