摘　　要：法律之发展离不开时间与空间。法史学界于法律科学之研究多集中于法制度史、思想史、法文化、地方法史以及比较法律史等方面且已有相当大之成果。从时空观、文字载体与印刷媒介之研究维度及视角对法律在时空上的发展及表现形式进行探究,亦或说,从中国传统法的发展及变迁之角度对法律科学在时空维度上的压缩与延伸及其表现形式进行系统的分析与研究,有利于阐释中国传统法通过不同媒介、在不同时空下所扮演之角色及其发展历程,理解在文字载体与印刷媒介的作用下中国传统法的时空性格。The development of law is inseparable from time and space.The study of the legal history has achieved numerous achievements on the history of legal system,ideological history,legal culture,local method history and comparative legal history.The paper focuses on the development and manifestation of law by space-time view and the dimension of writing carrier and print media.That means the paper will systematically analyze the compression,extension and manifestation of legal science in space and time dimension from the perspective of the evolution of Chinese traditional law.Accordingly,the paper aims to clarify the role and development process of Chinese traditional law through different media and in different time and space,for ease of understanding the space-time character of Chinese traditional law mutually functioned by writing carrier and print media.
