摘 要:本文以福建三钢闽光炼铁厂6号高炉大修改造工程高炉炉壳焊接为例,通过对BB503钢板的可焊性的分析,选定了焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接设备。同时经过焊接工艺的评定,验证了焊接工艺和焊接质量,并根据评定和验证结果,制定出了高炉炉壳焊接工艺,包括焊接坡口、坡口加工、坡口组对、定位焊、预热、焊前准备、正式焊接、焊后处理、焊接检验几个方面。实践证明,本焊接工艺合理可行,具有一定的经济性,保证了高炉炉壳的焊接质量。This article taking the blast furnace shell welding of No.6 blast furnace overhaul and transformation project of Fujian Three Steel Minguang Ironmaking Plant as an example,through the analysis of the weldability of BB503 steel plate,the welding method,welding materials and welding equipment are selected.At the same time the welding process and weld quality are verified by the welding process evaluation,according to the results of evaluation and verification,the welding procedure of BF shell is worked out,including welding groove,groove processing,groove group pair,positioning welding,preheating,preparation before welding,formal welding,welding post-treatment,welding inspection.The practice shows that the welding process is reasonable and feasible,has certain economy,and ensures the welding quality of blast furnace shell.
