摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外石灰窑的类型、生产工艺原则及我国石灰窑技术的发展趋势,重点分析了石灰窑常规喷枪结构和功能上存在的缺陷。通过对常规喷枪缺陷问题的分析研究,提出了新型喷枪的设计方案,并对新型喷枪结构上的优化进行详细说明。新型喷枪技术是一种既能够实现高效生产,又能够实现自我冷却和自我防护的喷枪装置,在满足了用户使用不同燃料的需求的同时,也满足了高质量石灰的生产要求。In this paper,the types of domestic and foreign lime kilns,the common production process principles and the development trend of Chinese lime kiln technology are introduced,defects of the conventional spray gun structure and function was focused are analyzed in lime kiln.Through analyzed question of conventional spray gun defects,the design scheme of the new spray gun is proposed,and the optimization structure of the new spray gun was described in detail.The new spray gun technology is a kind of spray gun device that can not only achieve efficient production,but also achieve self-cooling and self-protection,while meeting the needs of users to use different fuels,it meet the production requirements of high quality lime.
