摘  要:本文介绍了新钢低合金高强钢X410LA研究和生产试制情况,对该钢种的成分特点和强化机理进行了系统研究和分析。通过合理的成分设计,在固溶强化元素C、Mn的基础上,添加适量Nb、Ti等强碳化物形成元素,阻止奥氏体长大,推迟奥氏体再结晶温度以及增加铁素体形核率,可实现析出强化和细晶强化目的,同时通过合适的生产工艺控制,进一步保证了X410LA冷轧成品的金相组织和综合力学性能。目前已形成了一套适合新钢生产装备特点、经济可行、稳定成熟的汽车用冷轧低合金高强钢X410LA的生产工艺,满足了用户对汽车用钢的要求。This paper introduces the research and trial production situation of a low-alloy high-strength steel X410LA in Xinsteel,the composition characteristics and strengthening mechanism of this steel are systematically studied and analyzed.Through reasonable constituent design,on the basis of solid solution strengthening elements C and Mn,a proper amount of Nb,Ti and other strong carbide forming elements are added to prevent austenite growth,delay austenite recrystallization temperature and increase ferrite nucleation rate at the same time,realized the purpose of precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening,in addition the metallographic structure and comprehensive mechanical properties of x410la cold-rolled products are further guaranteed by proper production process control.At present,formed a set of suitable for the Xinsteel production equipment characteristics,economic feasible and stable mature the cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength automobile steel X410LA production process,met the requirement of automobile steel users.
