新时代公共管理中行政管理效率提升路径研究

摘　　要：在公共管理工作中,行政管理工作效率的高低,不仅关系到行政管理工作的顺利开展,也关系到行政管理工作的完成质量。目前,社会各界都在聚焦行政管理问题,希望可以通过加强行政监督提高行政管理效率,从而达到不断优化和升级公共行政管理的目的。分析了公共管理中行政管理效率的意义与现状,阐述了公共管理中影响行政管理效率的提升因素,提出了新时代下公共管理中行政管理效率的提升路径。The efficiency of administrative management is not only related to the smooth development of administrative management work,but also related to the quality of it in public management.At present,all sectors of society are focusing on administrative management issues,hoping to improve the efficiency of administrative management by strengthening administrative supervision,so as to achieve the goal of continuously optimizing and upgrading public administration.This article analyzed the significance and current situation of administrative management efficiency in public management,expounded factors affecting the efficiency of administrative management,and proposed ways to improve the efficiency of administrative management in public management in the new era.
