摘　　要：目前我国公立医院法律顾问制度的模式主要有外聘法律顾问制和内设法律事务岗。在法律顾问制度模式中存在涉法事务繁杂,法律意识淡薄及法律认知偏差等问题,通过规范医院法务专员资质要求、薪酬标准、业务范畴、职业前景等探讨构建行之有效的公立医院法律顾问制度,为公立医院法治建设提供有力支撑。Now,two kinds of existing model of hospital legal counsel system which are external legal counsel system and internal legal affairs post.There are some problems in the construction of legal counsel system such as miscellaneous law-related affairs,weak legal consciousness,legal cognitive bias and so on.Through regularizing qualification requirements,salary standards,business scope and vocational perspective for hospital s legal specialist,construct effective legal counsel system for public hospital so as to provide strong support for legal construction in public hospital.
