摘  要:带式输送机过渡段长度及其布置对整机性能和系统运行有着十分重要的影响。探讨了带式输送机过渡距离的各种计算公式及其关键参数的确定,以35°槽角EP输送带设计为例,比较分析了计算值与CEMA推荐值,建议若各项参数都具备时按公式计算,而CEMA推荐值使用更方便,应用于工程实践也是可靠的。并总结了滚筒抬高高度、过渡段托辊布置和尾部加料段布置等方面的设计要点。Length and layout of the belt conveyor transition section are very important for the overall performance and operation of the system.Various calculation formulas and determination of key parameters for the transition distance of the belt conveyor are discussed,and by taking the example of design for EP belt with 35°trough angle,the calculation value and the CEMA recommendation value are compared and analyzed.It is recommended that if the parameters are available,the calculation can be done according to the formula,while the CEMA recommended values are more convenient to use,and reliable for application in engineering practice.The design highlights including the pulley lift height,transition section idler layout,and tail-end feeding section layout are summaried.
