摘 要:采用先进工艺回收低含磷废水中的磷资源,不仅能大大地减轻企业污水处理运行成本,增加企业磷资源回收利用率,增加经济效益,还能减少环境污染。试验研究了采用石灰乳中和低含磷废水制备饲料级磷酸氢钙产品的反应原理和工艺参数,估算了该工艺的原料消耗定额,认为该工艺副产的渣可用于生产复合肥,滤液可用于配石灰乳或排污水处理,既可实现磷的回收利用,减少环境污染,还可实现公司产品多元化,提高产品附加值的目的。Recovery of phosphorus resource from phosphorus-containing effluent by employing state-of-the-art process will not only significantly reduce the operating cost for waste water treatment,increase the phosphorus resource recycling,improve the economic metrics,but also minimize the environmental pollution.The experiment studies the reaction principle and process parameters of producing feed grade calcium phosphate from low-phosphorus-containing effluent through neutralization with lime milk.Feed consumption is estimated.It is concluded that the by-product sludge from the process can be used for production of compound fertilizer,and the filtrate can be used to prepare lime milk or sent to waste water treatment,which can achieve recycling of phosphorus and minimize environmental pollution.It also contributes to diversified product portfolio and increases the added values of the products.
