摘  要:影响氨浸分银的不利因素有多种,但实际生产中液氨过量,散排严重,生产成本高,生产环境恶劣。试验研究了不同通氨量下分银渣含银渣的化学组分,认为每反应釜的通氨量为1 800 kg比较合适,分银渣含银量的平均值为6.03 kg/t,即可节约生产成本,还可改善生产环境。There are many adverse factors that may influence the ammonia leach silver extraction.However,during actual production,the ammonia solution is excessive,which causes serious fugitive discharge,high operating cost,and foul production environment.The experiment studies the chemical compositions of silver-containing sludge from silver extraction under different ammonia quantities,and it is concluded that the ammonia throughput at 1800 kg for each reactor is appropriate,and the average value of silver in the sludge is 6.03 kg/t,which can save operating cost and improve the production environment.
