摘  要:近年来,中海油为加强能耗管控力度,开始在海上油气田各项目中建设能耗在线监测系统。由于该系统的建设尚处于起步阶段,所以为了使该系统能够更加适合海上油气田的现状,同时又能够满足能耗管控的需求,本文介绍了海上油气田建设能耗在线监测系统的原则,并以陆丰油田能耗在线监测系统的设计为例,从计量仪表配备、数据采集与传输、系统架构与安全,以及系统功能几个方面,探讨了该系统的设计做法。同时,也对海上油气田能耗在线监测系统的未来发展做出了期望与目标。In recent years,in order to strengthen energy consumption management and control,CNOOC has started to build energy consumption on-line monitoring system in offshore oil and gas field.As the construction of the system is still in its infancy,in order to make the system more suitable for offshore oil and gas fields,and meet the needs of energy consumption control,the paper introduces the principles of energy consumption on-line monitoring system for offshore oil and gas fields,and takes the design of energy consumption on-line monitoring system in Lufeng oilfield as an example,the paper discusses the design of the system from the aspects of metering equipment,data acquisition and transmission,system architecture and security,and system function.At the same time,it also makes expectations and goals for the future development of on-line monitoring system of energy consumption in offshore oil and gas fields.
