摘　　要：固定式标准体积管和水标罐在贸易交接计量系统中的应用越来越普遍。贸易交接计量属于法制计量,是实现单位统一、量值准确可靠的活动,用于贸易交接计量的流量计属于强检计量器具。油品计量的准确度直接影响着企业的经济效益和信誉,为保证流量计在使用中的准确性、可靠性,对流量计必须执行周期检定。本文介绍的装备是有双向体积管和水标橇的原油外输计量系统,在设计、设备选型、现场检定方面,要重点关注其技术要点,以及如何合规完成流量计的检定,使计量准确度达到原油外输计量的高准确性。The application of the fixed standard prover and water draw in custody transfer metering system are becoming more and more common.Custody transfer metering is a legal measurement,accurate and reliable measuring activity.The flow meters of custody transfer metering belong to the mandatory measuring instrument.The measurement accuracy directly affects the economic performance and reputation of enterprises.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the flowmeter,the flowmeter must perform periodic calibration.This article introduces the system design,properly select the devices and carry out the calibration to ensure the high accuracy of crude oil custody transfer metering system.
