摘  要:本文梳理和分析了北京某三甲综合医院门诊患者突发事件应急管理实践。该院通过制定应急预案、多部门协同、网格化管理、分级分类处理、全员培训考核、创新转运路径、主动筛选高危患者、持续进行患者安全教育等措施,使得医技科室急救能力明显提升,辅助科室、后勤部门应急意识显著增强,从而实现了2013-2018年五年间每一例门诊患者突发事件均得到妥善处理,且无纠纷发生。该院上述措施可为其他医院完善医院应急管理制度、持续提升医院应急能力提供参考。This article introduced the emergency management practices of outpatients in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Beijing.The hospital had significantly improved the first-aid capacity of the medical technology department and enhanced the emergency awareness of the logistics and auxiliary departments through the formulation of emergency plans,multi-departmental collaboration,grid management,hierarchical and classified processing,full-staff training and assessment,innovative transfer routes,active screening of high-risk patients,and continuous patient safety education.Thus,during the period from 2013 to 2018,every outpatient emergency had been properly handled and no disputes occurred.The above practices can provide preference for other hospitals to improve their emergency management system and continuously better their emergency response capability.
