摘 要:为改善聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/BaTiO_(3)体系的的介电性能,提高复合材料的介电常数和击穿强度,通过可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)接枝实现聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯对BaTiO_(3)的包裹,再将改性后的填料与PVDF共混制得高介电性的复合材料薄膜。改性后的填料具有更好的分散效果,与树脂基体之间具有更好的界面相容性,与未改性的BaTiO_(3)/PVDF薄膜相比,改性后的复合薄膜具有更高的介电常数和击穿强度。In order to improve the dielectric properties of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/BaTiO_(3)composites,and enhance the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of composites,BaTiO_(3)fillers were surface-modified by packing with polymethyl methacrylate which were realized by reversible addition-broken chain transfer polymerization(RAFT),and the modified fillers were mixed with PVDF to make high dielectric composite films.Comparing with the unmodified BaTiO_(3)/PVDF film,the composites with the modified fillers disperse better and show better interfacial compatibility with theresin matrix.Meanwhile,the composites film with the modified fillers exhibits higher dielectric constants and breakdown strength.
