摘 要:通过对玻纤增强材料表面浮纤的影响因素进行分析,发现模温是影响材料表面浮纤的一个重要因素。通过对不同黏度的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂(PBT)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂(PET)搭配的阻燃增强PBT/PET合金表面浮纤的研究,发现注塑压力和模具温度对合金材料的表面浮纤都有较大的影响,高注塑压力和高模温可以显著地降低合金的表面浮纤。当采用较高的注塑模温后,合金流动性对表面浮纤的影响减弱。The influence factors of surface glass fiber revealed phenomena on the surface of glass fiber reinforced materials were analyzed.It is found that the mold temperature is an important factor affecting the surface glass fiber revealed phenomena on the surface of glass fiber reinforced materials.Different viscosities of poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)resin and poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)resin with flame retardant reinforced PBT/PET alloy surface floating fiber are studied.The results show that the injection pressure and mold temperature have great influence on the surface glass fiber revealed phenomena of PBT/PET alloy.High injection pressure and mold temperature can significantly reduce surface glass fiber revealed phenomena of the alloy.When the injection mold temperature is higher,the influence of alloy fluidity on surface glass fiber revealed phenomena is weakened.
