摘  要:先利用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和乙二胺(EDA)制备了乙烯基超支化聚酯(VTHP),然后再利用VTHP改性烯丙基苯并噁嗪(BA-mt)/三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)/异氰脲酸三[2-(3-巯基丙酰氧基)乙酯](TEMPIC),利用热重分析(TG)、动态热机械分析(DMA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法系统研究了VTHP用量对苯并噁嗪紫外光固化树脂性能的影响。研究结果表明,VTHP提高了苯并噁嗪紫外光固化树脂的热稳定性和玻璃化转变温度,VTHP还显著提高了苯并噁嗪紫外光固化树脂涂层的耐冲击性,且涂层的耐冲击性随着VTHP用量的增加先升高后降低,VTHP的增强增韧机理为原位增强增韧机理。The vinyl terminated hyperbranched polyester(VTHP)was synthesised with trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)and ethylenediamine(EDA),and then VTHP was used to modify allyl-terminated benzoxazine(BA-mt)/trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTA)/tris[2-(3-mercaptopropionyloxy)ethyl]isocyanurate(TEMPIC).The effects of VTHP on the ultraviolet(UV)curable benzoxazine resins were investigated using thermo gravimetry analyzer(TG),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the thermal stability and glass transition temperature are enhanced with the addition of VTHP.The toughness of UV curable benzoxazine resins are significantly improved with incorporation of VTHP,and the toughness of cured resin coatings increases firstly and then decreases as the VTHP content increasing.The toughening mechanism is attributed to the“in situ”reinforcing and toughening mechanism.
