摘 要:采用热裂解气相色谱质谱联用仪(PyGC-MS)结合傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)建立了聚酰胺66/聚酰胺6(PA66/PA6)合金的定性定量分析方法。选取环戊酮和己内酰胺分别作为聚酰胺66和聚酰胺6的特征裂解产物,建立了PA6在合金中的质量分数与己内酰胺的峰面积比的线性方程,再结合FTIR和DSC定性,实现了PA66/PA6合金中PA6组分的定性定量分析。结果显示:通过已知配比样进行验证分析,定量偏差小于5%,此方法无需前处理,测试效率高,准确度好,对尼龙的材质分析具有重要的实用价值。A qualitative and quantitative analysis method of polyamide 66(PA66)/PA6 alloy was established by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PyGC-MS)combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).Caprolactam and cyclopentanone were selected as the characteristic pyrolysis products of PA6 and PA66,respectively,and the linear equation of the mass fraction ratio of PA6 in the alloy and the peak area ratio of caprolactam was established.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of PA6 composition in PA66/PA6 alloy were realized.The results show that the quantitative deviation is less than 5%through verification with known samples.This method does not require pre-treatment,has high test efficiency and good accuracy,and has important practical value for nylon material analysis.
