摘 要:麦草经20%NaOH溶液喷淋、胶体磨研磨、1 mol/L NaOH溶液蒸煮处理后得到麦草纤维,与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-马来酸酐反应后得到改性麦草纤维。以改性(接枝率为4.15%)/未改性麦草纤维与聚丙烯制备共混材料,对其进行差示扫描量热研究和力学性能测试发现:麦草纤维用量1.0 phr结晶度最高,分别为44.40%、46.02%,改性麦草纤维可明显提高PP成核结晶能力;麦草纤维添加量为1.0 phr, PP共混材料力学性能最佳,改性麦草纤维对PP材料力学性能改善更为显著。Wheat straw was sprayed with 20%NaOH solution,colloidal mill grinding,and 1 mol/L NaOH cooking treatment to obtain wheat straw fiber,which was reacted with N,N -dimethyl formamide-maleic anhydride(DMF-MAH)to obtain modified wheat straw fiber.The blended material was prepared with modified(grafting rate of 4.15% )/unmodified wheat straw fiber and polypropylene(PP).The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)study and mechanical performance test show that the fiber content of 1.0 phr has the highest crystallinity,which is 44.40%and 46.02%,respectively.Synthetic wheat straw fiber can significantly improve the nucleation and crystallization ability of PP.When the addition of wheat straw fiber is 1.0 phr,the mechanical properties of PP blends are the best,and the modified wheat straw fiber improves the mechanical properties of PP materials more significantly.
