摘  要:利用凝胶渗透色谱法,配制已知相对分子质量的聚苯乙烯为标准样品,以保留时间为横坐标,标准样品M_p的对数为纵坐标,建立标准工作曲线,外标法定量聚合型光稳定剂的相对分子质量。分析过程发现,流动相组分的变化,对相对分子质量的测定有影响。不同实验室对同一种样品分析,RSD均小于5%,稳定性好,同一个实验室对同一个样品进行9次分析,RSD小于4%,结果理想。综上,所建立方法在测定聚合型光稳定剂相对分子质量上操作过程简便,方法可行性强。Gel permeation chromatography(GPC)method was established to determine the number average molecular weight of polymeric light stabilizer.The standard working curve was established with time as abscissa and logarithm of relative molecular weight as ordinate.It was used to determine the relative molecular weight of polymeric light stabilizer.And the results show that the change of mobile phase composition has an effect on the determination of molecular weight.Relative standard deviation(RSD)value of the same sample analyzed by different laboratories is less than 5%,which means the method is stable.The same sample are analyzed for 9 times,the RSD is less than 4%,it is ideal.In conclusion,the established method is feasible in determining the relative molecular weight of polymeric light stabilizer and it has good stability and reproducibility.
