摘  要:采用三层共混挤出流延工艺,以聚丙烯(PP)树脂为原料添加开口爽滑双功能母粒(PP-F608S)制备高光低摩擦流延聚丙烯(CPP)薄膜。通过对薄膜光学性能、力学性能及摩擦性能的测试发现,当PP-F608S添加量为5份时,CPP薄膜透光率为92.6%,雾度为1.3%,光泽度为95.2 GU,纵向拉伸强度为26.6 MPa,横向拉伸强度为25.7 MPa,纵向断裂伸长率为1 214.8%,横向断裂伸长率为1 147.9%,静摩擦系数为0.16,动摩擦系数为0.1,表明PP-F608S双功能母粒具有异相成核功能、增透功能及增强增韧功能;对PP/PP-F608S共混物进行流变性能测试,结果表明PP-F608S具有良好的加工性能;对CPP薄膜截面微观结构观察,发现PP-F608S与PP树脂具有较好的界面融合性,均匀分散于PP中,形成一定的凸起结构。综合来看,添加PP-F608S可提高CPP薄膜各项性能,为高光低摩擦CPP薄膜的生产制备提供技术支撑。High gloss and low friction casting polypropylene(CPP)films with polypropylene resin adding open and smooth dual-function master granule were prepared by three-layer blending extrusion flow casting process.The optical properties,mechanical properties and friction performance of CPP film were tested.The results show that the light transmittance of CPP film is 92.6%,the haze of CPP film is 1.3%,the glossiness of CPP film is 95.2 GU,the longitudinal tensile strength of CPP film is 26.6 MPa,the transverse tensile strength of CPP film is 25.7 MPa,the longitudinal elongation at break of CPP film is 1214.8%,the transverse elongation at break of CPP film is 1147.9%,the static friction coefficient of CPP film is 0.16,the friction coefficient of CPP film is 0.1 when the content of PP-F608S is 5 phr.Therefore,PP-F608S presents heterogeneous nucleation effect,anti-reflection effect and enhanced toughening function.The rheological properties of PP/PP-F608S blend are tested,the results turn out that PP-F608S has excellent processing performance.The cross section microstructure of CPP film is observed,it is found that there are well interfacial fusion between PP-F608S and PP resin,and PP-F608S are evenly dispersed in polypropylene which forms a certain convex structure.In general,all performance of the CPP films are improved by adding PP-F608S,which provides technological support for the production and preparation of CPP films with high gloss and low friction.
