摘　　要：对铁路房产行业的经营现状、存在问题进行了解析,从优化房产经营模式、创建铁路房产品牌、加快新技术应用、防范房产经营风险等方面,提出了铁路房产行业高质量发展的相关对策。This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the railway real estate industry.The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures for high-quality development of the industry from the aspects of optimizing business model,creating the railway re-al estate brand,accelerating the application of new technologies and preventing business risks.
