摘 要:可再生能源、电动汽车大量接入使得对配电网的实时状态估计难度提高。现有的配电网量测系统难以满足对含有大量不确定性的分布式电源和电动汽车的配电系统的态势感知要求。为此,本文提出一种面向区间状态估计的配电系统同步相量测量单元优化配置方法。基于各节点与其他节点的最小路径,构建最小区间状态估计平均区间宽度目标的数学模型,以最大冗余度和最小区间状态估计平均区间宽度为目标函数,以配置数量为约束,建立多目标的优化配置模型。采用基于精英策略的非支配性排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求取模型的最优解集。通过NSGA-Ⅱ求解多次所得最优解,选择合适的配置方案。通过IEEE 30配电系统进行多种场景仿真验证,结果表明该模型所得优化配置方案能有效降低区间状态估计结果区间宽度,证明了该配置方法的实用性、正确性和优越性。The massive access of renewable energy,electric vehicles makes it more difficult to estimate the real-time state of distribution network.The existing distribution network measurement system is difficult to meet the situational awareness requirements of distribution systems that contain a lot of uncertainty of distributed power and electric vehicle.For this reason,an optimal configuration method of phasor measurement unit in distribution systems for interval state estimation is proposed.First,a mathematical model of the minimum interval state estimation average interval width target is constructed based on the minimum path between each node and other nodes.Then,this paper takes the minimum number of PMU configurations,maximum redundancy and minimum interval state estimation average interval width as the goal and the configuration quantity as the constraint to establish a multi-objective optimization configuration model,and adopts the non-dominant ranking genetic algorithm based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)to obtain the optimal solution set of the model.Finally,through NSGA-Ⅱ,the optimal solution obtained multiple times is solved,and a suitable configuration scheme is selected.A variety of scenario simulation verifications are performed on IEEE 30 power distribution system.The results show that the optimal configuration scheme obtained by the model can effectively reduce the interval width of the interval state estimation results,which proves the practicability,correctness and superiority of the configuration method.
