摘　　要：目的 探讨自行改良设计的一种腔内手术用防水功能手术包,在泌尿外科手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年5月至8月在我院行电切手术的240例患者为研究对象,便利抽样法分为观察组(n=120)和对照组(n=120);观察组使用改良后防水功能手术包,对照组使用传统布类手术包,比较两组患者的手术区域污染情况、术后低体温发生率、术后手术间清整时间以及术后医护人员使用的满意程度。结果 观察组手术区域污染率(手术室地面、患者切口周围、术者衣物、患者衣物、手术床)、术后患者感染、术中低体温、术中皮肤潮红、术后手术间清整时间以及术后手术医师满意度评分、护士护理满意度评分、分别为(6.67%、7.50%、13.33%、10%、11.67%)、10.83%(13/120)、7.50%(9/120)、6.67%(8/120)(、10.6±1.5)min(、91±3)分(,92±4)分,而对照组分别为(18.33%、18.33%、27.50%、23.33%、8.33%)、22.5%(27/120)、23.33%(28/120)、20.83%(25/120)(、19.5±2.6)min(、80±3)分、(90±5)分;两组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自行改良泌尿外科防水功能手术包实用性强,减少了污染,提高了护理工作效率,推荐在腔内手术中广泛使用。Objective To explore the application effect of a self-improved and designed waterproof surgical bag in urological surgery.Methods Select 240 patients who underwent electrical resection in our hospital from May to August 2019 were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=120)and control group(n=120)using convenience sampling method;After the waterproof function surgical kit,the control group used the traditional cloth surgical kit to observe and compare the contamination of the surgical area,the incidence of postoperative hypothermia,the cleaning time between the surgery and the satisfaction of the surgeon after surgery.Results Observation group operation area pollution(operating room ground,around the incision,the performers'clothing,patients'clothing,surgical bed),patients with postoperative infection,low temperature,intraoperative flush on the skin and form time between postoperative surgery and postoperative surgeon satisfaction,nurses,nursing satisfaction,respectively(6.67%,7.50%,13.33%,10%,11.67%),10.83%(13/120),7.50%(9/120),6.67%(8/120),(10.6±1.5)min and(91±3),(92±4),while the control group were(18.33%,18.33%,27.5%,23.33%,8.33%),22.5%(27/120),23.33%(28/120),20.83%(25/120),(19.5±2.6)min,(80±3),(90±5),respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-improved waterproof function of the urology surgical kit is practical,reduces the pollution,improves the efficiency of nursing work,it is recommended to be widely used in intracavitary surgery.
