摘  要:建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定鞋用清洗剂中4种挥发性有机物(二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)的含量。该方法以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,外标法定量。实验表明,在1~100 mg/L范围内,方法检出限为0.005%,平均加标回收率为88%~106%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.8%(n=6)。该方法适合清洗剂中二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯的测定。To establish a method for determination of Dichloromethane,Trichloromethane,Trichloroethylene and Perchloroethylene in cleaning agents of footwear by GC-MS. The method is using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent, and detected by external standard method.Results show that in the range of 1~100 mg/L, the method detection limit of Toluene was 0.005 %, and the spiked average recoveries ranged from 88 % to 106 %, and the relative standard deviation are 1.8%~4.8 %. The method is suitable for determination of Dichloromethane,Trichloromethane,Trichloroethylene and Perchloroethylene in cleaning agents.
