摘　　要：本文结合《乘用车顶部抗压强度》国家强制性标准及国内外顶部抗压要求发展趋势,同时介绍了实验的准备和实施的过程,以某SUV车型车身结构提升为例,对顶部抗压如何达到《中国保险汽车安全指数》顶部抗压优秀目标进行优化,使其满足更高的车顶抗压强度要求,为乘用车顶部抗压强度设计开发提供支持。This article combines the national compulsory standard of"Passenger Car Top Compressive Strength"and the development trend of top compression requirements at home and abroad.At the same time,the preparation and implementation process of the experiment are introduced.How to achieve compressive resistance at the top of the"China Insurance Automobile Safety Index"is optimized to meet higher requirements for roof compressive strength and provide support for the design and development of passenger car roof compressive strength.
