摘　　要：对一例推力钢带失效的无级自动变速器(CVT)进行分析,通过工作原理、失效件检查、失效模式分析、数据调查和故障复现等方法,确认了离合器接合冲击对推力钢带损伤的影响,为CVT推力钢带失效分析提供了一种参考方法。This is a case of Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT)failure pushbelt by the ways of studying the working principle,failed parts inspection,failure mode analysis,data investigation and failure recurrence,at late it was confi rmed that the clutch engagement impact cause the damage of pushbelt,it provides a references way for CVT pushbelt failure analysis.
