电动自行车的道路安全管理问题及应对建议——基于南京仙林大学城的调查

摘　　要：近年来,在城市发展中,交通问题日益成为阻碍城市发展的重要障碍。电动自行车交通事故发生率近些年呈现直线上升的趋势,对于电动自行车道理安全的规范化、合理化管理优化是我们现在急需解决的,为了贯彻落实国家的法律法规、助推群众养成安全的驾驶习惯,本文以南京市仙林大学城内的居民、外卖配送员、环卫工人和执法人员为调查对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对电动自行车的道路安全管理问题进行了一定的研究,发现了很多迫在眉睫、待需解决的问题,对于南京市仙林大学城的交通安全管理提出了二三建议。In recent years,in urban development,traffi c problems have increasingly become an important obstacle to urban development.The incidence of electric bicycle traffi c accidents has shown a straight upward trend in recent years.The standardization and rationalization of electric bicycle safety is what we urgently need to solve,to implement national laws and regulations and help people develop safe driving habits.This article takes residents,food delivery staff,environmental sanitation workers and law enforcement personnel in Xianlin University Town of Nanjing City as the survey objects.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,a certain research on the road safety management of electric bicycles has been carried out,and many imminent problems that need to be resolved,have been found,and two or three suggestions for the traffi c safety management of Xianlin University Town in Nanjing City are put forward.
