摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)是妇科常见疑难病,特征是子宫内膜生长在子宫以外部位,其发病机制复杂。微小RNA(microRNA)是靶基因表达的调节因子,研究发现其参与EMS的发展。微小RNA-141(miR-141)在正常子宫内膜和EMS异位内膜中表达有差异,在EMS中miR-141的调控主要表现为抑制下游靶分子转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达,进而抑制子宫内膜间质细胞上皮间充质转化,随后细胞的侵袭和转移能力减弱,难以粘附在异处并刺激血管新生形成新的病灶。miR-141在EMS的发病机制中发挥关键作用,可作为疾病的潜在治疗靶点。本文就miR-141调控EMS的病理过程进行综述,以期为EMS的治疗提供新的思路。Endometriosis(EMS)is a common and difficult disease in gynecology.It is characterized by endometrium growth outside the uterus and the complex pathogenesis.MicroRNA is a regulatory factor of the expression of target genes,which has been found to be involved in the development of endometriosis.MiR-141 is expressed differently in normal endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissues in endometriosis.The regulation of miR-141 in EMS is mainly manifested by inhibiting expression of downstream target molecule TGF-β,thereby inhibiting the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of endometrial stromal cells.Then the cell’s invasion and metastasis ability are weakened,making it difficult to adhere to different sites and stimulate angiogenesis to form new lesions.miR-141 plays a key role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis and can be used as a potential therapeutic target for the disease.This paper reviews the pathological process of miR-141 regulating EMS,with a view to providing new ideas for the treatment of EMS.
