摘 要:通过将营口污水处理厂二沉池的泥水混合物进行静置沉淀,取上清液进行稀释筛选得到一株革兰氏阴性菌D-12。然后采用生物反应器内的营养液(Na OH_(+)驯化液)对沼气中的H_(2)S进行洗脱,再采用筛选菌株D-12对含有H_(2)S的营养液进行反硝化脱硫(试验周期为38 d)。以初始S^(2-)浓度、微生物添加量和NO_(3)^(-)浓度为自变量,以降解试验中的S^(2-)去除率为因变量,采用响应曲面法Box-Behnken设计实验,研究各自变量及其交互作用对S^(2-)去除率的影响,并得到二次多项式回归方程预测模型。研究结果表明:NO_(3)-在反应体系中可以作为有效电子受体,促进微生物将S^(2-)氧化为单质硫;优化后的试验条件为S^(2-)浓度为1258.61 mg/L,NO_(3)^(-)浓度为843.96mg/L,微生物添加量为219.96 mg/L,此时S^(2-)去除率为98.38%,与S^(2-)预测去除率的相对误差为1.62%。A gram negative bacterium D-12 was obtained by static precipitation of dilution and screening of the supernatan the mud water mixture in the secondary sedimentation tank of Yingkou sewage treatment plant.Firstly,the first stage nutrient solution(NaOH+acclimation solution)in the reactor was used to elute the H_(2)S in the biogas.In the second stage,denitrifying S^(2-)removal reaction was carried out by screening strain D-12 with test period was 38 d.Taking the initial S^(2-)concentration,microbial biomass and nitrate as independent variables,and removal rate of S^(2-)in degradation experiment as dependent variables,the Box-Behnken design was used to study the effects of each variable and their interaction on S^(2-)removal,and a quadratic polynomial regression equation prediction model was obtained.The results showed that NO_(3)^(-)could be used as an effective electron acceptor in the reaction system to promote the oxidation of S^(2-)to elemental sulfur.When the optimal experimental conditions were:S^(2-)concentration of 1258.61 mg/L,NO_(3)^(-)concentration of 843.96 mg/L and biomass of 219.96 mg/L,the average maximum removal rate of S^(2-)was 98.38%,and the relative error between the experimental results and the predicted value(removal rate)was 1.62%.
