摘 要:利用多元素协同阻燃的理念,将自制的苯基次磷酸锌(BPA-Zn)与氰脲酸三聚氰胺(MCA)复配得到BPA-Zn/MCA复合阻燃体系,然后利用熔融共混的方式将阻燃体系与聚乳酸(PLA)基体共混得到PLA/BPA-Zn/MCA复合材料,研究了BPA-Zn/MCA阻燃体系对PLA力学、热稳定和阻燃等性能的影响。研究发现,BPA-Zn可以改善MCA与PLA基体两相间的界面相容性,而MCA起到一定的促进结晶的效果。同时,MCA与BPA-Zn之间均存在良好的协同效果,PLA复合材料阻燃性能优异。当BPA-Zn和MCA总质量分数为30%,质量比为1∶1时,复合材料极限氧指数达到28.0%,垂直燃烧阻燃等级达到V-0级,无熔滴产生。The synergistic flame retardant system was prepared by compounding the self-made zinc phenyl hypophosphite(BPA-Zn)with melamine cyanurate(MCA)based on the concept of multi-element synergistic flame retardance.Polylactic acid(PLA)/BPA-Zn/MCA composites were prepared by melt-blending with BPA-Zn/MCA and PLA matrix.The effects of BPA-Zn/MCA flame retardant system on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardancy of PLA were studied.The experimental results show that BPA-Zn can improve the compatibility between MCA and PLA matrix,and MCA has an effect of promoting crystallization to some extent.Additionally,there are good synergistic effects between MCA and BPA-Zn,and the prepared PLA composites possess excellent flame retardancy.When the total mass fraction of BPA-Zn and MCA is 30%(mass ratio of BPA-Zn∶MCA=1∶1),the limit oxygen index of the composite is 28.0%,the vertical combustion flame retardant grade reaches V-0 grade and no droplets generate.
