摘  要:以尼龙66为基体材料,添加碳纤维、增韧剂、流动改性剂等相关功能助剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了碳纤维增强尼龙66复合材料,采用注塑工艺制备了碳纤维增强尼龙66复合材料的标准试样,研究了碳纤维及流动改性剂含量对复合材料力学性能和熔体流动性能的影响。结果表明,提升碳纤维含量可以大幅度提高碳纤维增强尼龙66复合材料的力学性能,当碳纤维质量分数为35%时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到251 MPa,比纯尼龙66树脂提高了210%,弯曲强度由纯树脂的72 MPa提高到358 MPa,提高了397%,缺口冲击强度提高了178%,达到22 kJ/m^(2)。通过加入流动改性剂可以提高碳纤维增强尼龙66复合材料的熔体流动速率(MFR),并且不影响复合材料的力学性能,当流动改性剂的质量分数为1%时,碳纤维质量分数为25%的复合材料的MFR达到16.1 g/(10 min),比未添加流动改性剂时提高了193%,碳纤维质量分数为35%的复合材料的MFR为15.5 g/(10 min),比未添加流动改性剂时提高了319%。Carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder using nylon 66 as matrix material,adding carbon fiber,toughening agent,flow modifier and other functional additives,the standard specimens of the carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composites were prepared by injection molding,and the effects of carbon fiber and flow modifier contents on mechanical properties and melt flow properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites can be greatly improved with increasing carbon fiber content.When the mass fraction of carbon fiber is 35%,compared with the pure nylon 66,the tensile strength of the composite can reaches 251 MPa,which increases by 210%;the flexural strength increases from 72 MPa to 358 MPa,which increases by 397%;the notched impact strength increases by 178%to 22 kJ/m^(2).The melt flow rate(MFR)of carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composite can be increased by adding flow modifier,and the mechanical properties of the composite can not be affected,when the mass fraction of the flow modifier is 1%,MFR of the composite with 25%(mass fraction)carbon fiber can reach 16.1 g/(10 min),which is 193%higher than that of the composite without flow modifier,and MFR of the composite with 35%(mass fraction)carbon fiber can reach 15.5 g/(10 min),which is 319%higher than that of the composite without flow modifier.
